Job Description: Sales Manager - Real Estate Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales or a related field Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Lead and manage a team of sales executives. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support. Key Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Surat.
