As a Head of Sales at Landszo, you will play a critical role in spearheading the expansion of our AI-powered proptech startup into the Gurgaon real estate market. Your strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for real estate will drive the success of Landszo's operations in Gurgaon. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - **Market Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to establish Landszo as the leading proptech platform in Gurgaon. - **Partnership Development:** Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and industry associations. - **Business Growth:** Drive key business metrics including property listings, user acquisition, and successful transactions on the platform. - **Market Intelligence:** Continuously analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities in the Gurgaon real estate market. - **Brand Ambassadorship:** Represent Landszo at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation. - **Team Leadership:** Lay the foundation for the Gurgaon team and potentially hire and mentor future sales and operations staff as the company grows. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - **Experience:** Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in the Gurgaon real estate market. Only candidates with real estate domain experience may apply. - **Deep Local Knowledge:** Profound understanding of Gurgaon's micro-markets, property values, key developers, and regulatory landscape. - **Strong Network:** Established and robust network of contacts within the Gurgaon real estate ecosystem. - **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrable success in driving business growth, sales, or business development within the real estate sector. - **Entrepreneurial Mindset:** Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. - **Excellent Communicator:** Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - **Tech-Savvy:** Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve traditional real estate challenges.
