The Role:( ONLY REAL ESTATE DOMAIN )

Head of sales (manager)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy:

     Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to establish Landszo as the leading proptech platform in Gurgaon.
  • Partnership Development:

     Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including 

    real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and industry associations

    .
  • Business Growth:

     Drive key business metrics, including property listings, user acquisition, and successful transactions on the platform.
  • Market Intelligence:

     Serve as the expert on the Gurgaon real estate market, continuously analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:

     Represent Landszo at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Team Leadership:

     Lay the foundation for the Gurgaon team, with the potential to hire and mentor future sales and operations staff as we grow.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:

     A minimum of 

    5-7 years of proven experience

     in the Gurgaon real estate market is essential.

    ONLY REAL ESTATE DOMAIN EXPERIENCED MAY APPLY

  • Deep Local Knowledge:

     A profound understanding of Gurgaon's micro-markets, property values, key developers, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong Network:

     An established and robust network of contacts within the Gurgaon real estate ecosystem.
  • Proven Track Record:

     Demonstrable success in driving business growth, sales, or business development within the real estate sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:

     A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent Communicator:

     Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy:

     Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve traditional real estate challenges.
