Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, manpower, and logistics. Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets. Ensure optimum utilization of resources such as raw materials, machinery, and manpower. Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards in compliance with industry regulations. Monitor and control quality parameters of coal/carbon products as per industry norms. Supervise and guide plant workforce, ensuring discipline, training, and skill development. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Troubleshoot plant issues and minimize downtime through preventive maintenance. Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and cost control measures.
