Full Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations in the plywood industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealers, distributors, and sales teams, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners for plywood products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients and distributors.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution and payment collections.
  • Conduct regular market visits, review sales performance, and ensure proper brand visibility.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in sales within the plywood, laminates, or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks and B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
