Job Description

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional sales operations, managing a team of 4 - 8 sales professionals
Drive channel sales and distribution across assigned territories
Focus on primary and secondary sales
Build and maintain strong dealer/distributor relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Utilize multi-level sales mobile apps for performance tracking and reporting
Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively
Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals

Candidate Requirements

10 - 15 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Furnishings, Flooring, Plywood, Ceramic, Mattress, Home Interiors, or allied sectors(experience in home dcor is a plus)
Proven track record in distribution, dealer management, and channel sales
Experience managing sales teams and driving performance
Proficient in using mobile-based sales platforms
Highly result-oriented with a history of successful sales achievements
Willing to travel extensively and relocate if required
Preferably based in or familiar with the target location and surrounding markets
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Age: 32 - 40 years
