Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand dealer/distributor network across assigned regions
  • Drive channel sales and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Utilize multi-level sales mobile apps for tracking and reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure timely execution of sales strategies and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product training and support
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

Candidate Profile

  • 4 - 9 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Furnishings, Flooring, Plywood, Ceramic, Mattress, Home Interiors, or allied sectors (experience in home dcor is a plus)
  • Currently handling distribution, dealer management, and channel sales
  • Hands-on experience with sales mobile applications
  • Result-oriented with a strong performance record
  • Willing to travel extensively and relocate if required
  • Preferably from the target location and familiar with nearby markets
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Age: 26 - 40 years
