Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Salcete. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and reports. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing audits, and monitoring budgets and financial performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline financial processes and provide valuable insights to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in using accounting software and tools Critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial decision-making capabilities Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated experience in conducting and supporting audits Certified Chartered Accountant qualification required Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments
