The Regional Business Development Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and should have worked in TIC domain (Specifically for the Sale of Pharma Testing Services) for minimum 6 Years. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the P harma industry . Your main responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target Pharma industries and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing Clientele, cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food industry. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Requirements To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Science or a related field. Minimum of 06 years of sales experience in ISO 17025:2017 accredited Lab/s for Sales of Pharma Testing Services to the Pharma industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hands-on experience Proficient in Computer Skills, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling Pharma Testing Services to Pharma industry. Strong Existing network of contacts within the Pharma industry.
