We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in the plywood industry. The candidate will handle client inquiries, maintain sales records, coordinate with dealers/distributors, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and dealer/distributor relations.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and share product details.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Support sales executives in preparing presentations and product demonstrations.
Track market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Handle day-to-day office sales coordination tasks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and updates.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or assistance (plywood/building material industry preferred).
Knowledge of plywood, laminates, or building material products will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in dealer/distributor handling.
Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
