Job Purpose: To coordinate, document, and monitor HR systems, processes, and developmental activities such as JD, R&R, KRA, KPI, policies, SOPs, and training programs. The role ensures that HR systems are implemented, updated, and reviewed in coordination with all departments and that people development initiatives are well-tracked and reported. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR System Documentation & Structure Create, update, and maintain Job Descriptions (JD) for all positions. Define and document Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) for each department. Develop and monitor Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Conduct regular follow-ups with departments to ensure timely updates and reviews. 2. HR Policy & SOP Management Draft, revise, and circulate HR policies in consultation with management. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and inter-departmental processes. Track policy implementation and ensure compliance across departments. 3. Performance & KPI Monitoring Consolidate KPI data from departments and prepare monthly/quarterly KPI reports. Identify performance trends and highlight deviations to management. Support management in setting realistic and measurable performance targets. 4. Training & People Development Maintain Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data for all departments. Coordinate training sessions, logistics, attendance, and feedback collection. Prepare Training Effectiveness Reviews and track follow-up actions. Maintain employee skill matrix and development records. 5. HR Backend & Data Management Manage HR documentation, templates, and digital records. Support HR audits and management reviews with accurate data. Coordinate backend HR analytics and dashboard maintenance (Excel/HRMS-based). Required Skills & Competencies : Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and performance systems. Excellent in Excel, data analysis, and report presentation. Good coordination and communication skills across departments. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups. Knowledge of HRMS tools, KPI/KRA frameworks, and policy drafting preferred.
