Sales Manager – Real Estate Company
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: General Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the real estate sector.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer networks.
  • Manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and promotional activities to attract clients.
  • Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM database management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal standards.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to enhance skills and achieve individual targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
