About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Relationship Manager (RM) to join our growing real estate team. This role involves high-level client engagement, lead follow-ups, and relationship-building with HNI clients, investors, and key market stakeholders. No prior real estat experience is required just strong communication skills and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Outreach:

Make 250 outbound calls per day to engage prospects, investors, and potential leads Schedule and attend 15 meetings per month (virtual or in-person) Build and maintain long-term professional relationships

Business Development (Real Estate):

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HNIs, businessmen, investors, and corporates

Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders across Delhi NCR
Collaborate with the BDE team for lead generation and follow-ups
