Job Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist , you will be responsible for independently managing and executing lead generation strategies, primarily targeting international markets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract and nurture high-quality leads, utilizing various tools and channels. A strong background in digital marketing, agency experience, and knowledge of lead generation tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for international markets. Tool Expertise: Utilize lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and others to identify, engage, and nurture leads. Campaign Management: Independently design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign performance. Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on lead generation efforts to continuously refine and improve strategies. Strategy Optimization: Adjust and optimize campaigns based on data insights to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI). Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest lead generation trends and digital marketing strategies to ensure best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, with a focus on international markets and agency experience . Lead Gen Tools: Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.). Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Independent Work: Ability to work independently and take ownership of lead generation initiatives. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients and collaborate with internal teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experience in working with international clients is a plus.
