Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential clients across digital platforms and outbound channels. This role is focused on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline for our accounting and finance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO services
• Source leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research
• Identify client requirements and assess service fit
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up status in tracking sheets or CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads
• Support email outreach and follow-up campaigns
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Tools & Platforms

• Upwork and other freelancing platforms (mandatory)
• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
• LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• CRM or lead-tracking tools

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong research and data management skills
• Ability to understand US client requirements and service needs
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in accounting or B2B services is an added advantage

Work Schedule Requirement

• Early hours availability required: 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST
• Comfortable working with US clients and time zones

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
