Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing to support our real estate business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high-quality leads. This role requires someone who actively monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, and adjusts strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and conversion tracking. Additionally, the specialist will maintain a steady flow of qualified leads, coordinate with the sales team, and continuously explore new marketing opportunities to improve lead quality and volume. We seek someone energetic, analytical, and results-driven who can work independently and contribute significantly to the growth of our real estate projects.
