Objectives of this Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Micro Influencer / Social Media Manager who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, skilled in video production, and have a deep understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
l Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and post engaging videos, reels, and stories across multiple social media platforms.
l Influencer Presence: Appear confidently on camera to represent the brand through vlogs, reels, and live sessions.
l Podcast Management: Assist in podcast planning, script writing, recording, and post- production.
l Script Writing: Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for video and social media content.
l Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, schedules, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
l Track analytics and performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
l Brand Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
l Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and content styles.
l Travel: Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and brand collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
l Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred).
l Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hidni).
l Confident personality — not camera-shy.
l Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
l Excellent understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
l Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability/Podcast.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
