Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Multi-Brand Strategy & Execution:

    Create, plan, and implement a holistic social media strategy for

    multiple brands

    under the Muzris Group, ensuring distinct brand identities are maintained while aligning with overall group marketing goals.
  • Marketing Team Liaison:

    Act as the

    primary point of contact

    between the digital platforms and the core

    Marketing Team

    , ensuring seamless coordination for launches, promotions, and brand narratives.
  • Content Creation & Curation:

    Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, and copy) for all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal that reflects luxury and quality.
  • Video Content Production (Preferred):

    Highly preferred to have hands-on skill in shooting and editing videos

    for quick, high-impact social media content.
  • Community Engagement:

    Actively manage and grow the online community by monitoring, responding to comments and messages, and initiating discussions to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns for new collections, festive seasons, and brand promotions, including managing any paid social advertising.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) using platform insights, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, new features, and competitor activities to ensure the brands remain cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2+ years

    of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, preferably handling

    multiple brands

    in the

    luxury, jewelry, or retail sector

    .
  • Location:

    Must be willing to work from

    Kochi, Kerala

    .
  • Core Expertise:

    Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all major social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
  • Video Skills (Highly Preferred):

    Practical skill in operating cameras/smartphones for shooting videos and proficiency in video editing software for social platforms.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to capture a luxurious brand voice.
  • Adaptability:

    Proven ability to manage time effectively and switch between the needs and voices of different brands simultaneously.
