Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist- IT Sales
Department: Sales / Business Development
Location: Sector- 75, Noida
Experience: 6 Month–1 Years
Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives
Working Days: 5

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for our IT products/services. This role requires strong research skills, communication abilities, and an understanding of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients within the IT industry (B2B).
  • Generate qualified leads through online platforms, databases, social channels, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  • Understand the company’s IT services/products to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate lead information.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Set up appointments/meetings for the Sales team with qualified leads.
  • Track lead generation metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Participate in campaigns, webinars, and digital outreach activities as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or technology services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology sales or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with IT outsourcing, or software development.
