Full Stack Developer Intern

The role of an ERP Developer based in Noida requires you to design, develop, and maintain ERP solutions aimed at streamlining business operations and enhancing efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP solutions using Python within frameworks such as Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework). You will also be working on module development, API integrations, and database management for ERP systems. Additionally, you should have experience in workflows, access controls, page layout, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design & development. Optimizing backend logic, workflows, and automation scripts to improve ERP functionality will be a crucial part of your role. Debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing ERP functionalities, as well as implementing security best practices for data integrity, role-based access, and ERP performance optimization are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of ERP applications. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Python with prior experience in ERP development. Hands-on experience with Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework) is necessary. Strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) is required. Experience with server-side scripting, ORM frameworks, and workflow automation is also expected. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Jquery will be beneficial. Exposure to ERPNext modules such as HR, CRM, Buying, Inventory Management, Selling, Accounting, and Project is preferred. Knowledge of DevOps practices, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage. Experience working with Linux servers, Docker, or cloud deployment will be a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to development are essential for success in this role. This position is offered as an Internship, and the work schedule is fixed. The ability to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is required. An immediate joiner is preferred for this role.
