As a skilled Odoo Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise versions. You will need to analyze business requirements and effectively translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating third-party applications and APIs with Odoo using REST/SOAP protocols. Your role will also involve performing code reviews, testing, and ensuring optimization for performance and scalability. You will be responsible for handling Odoo version migrations and upgrades, as well as providing technical support and bug fixing across modules. In cases where applicable, you may lead a team of junior developers. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
