Role Overview: MetaMorph, a 360 HR Advisory firm incubated within Blume Ventures, is dedicated to assisting startups in scaling, evolving, and growing. With a focus on helping startups access opportunities, MetaMorph has supported over 220 startups and facilitated multiple hires. As part of MetaMorph's team, you will play a crucial role in enabling startups to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and implement efficient hiring strategies - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs - Implement employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction - Optimize recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data analytics for better hiring decisions - Oversee HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations including labor laws, PF, ESI, and tax laws - Optimize HRIS systems and HR technology to enhance operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement - Develop and drive employee engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction - Lead performance management systems and ensure continuous feedback and career development - Implement training & development programs for employee growth - Align HR functions with overall business strategy and goals - Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on HR-related initiatives - Foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and collaboration - Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts - Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives - Address employee issues, provide immediate solutions, and create a learning workplace environment - Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, fostering their professional growth - Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement Qualifications Required: - Experience: 10+ years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the technology or cloud services industry - Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) are a plus - Skills: Strategic HR management, talent management, change leadership, HR technology expertise - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cloud services industry, including talent trends, operational challenges, and employee engagement strategies (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.)
