Sr Manager / AVP– Sales (Partnerships) | JD Location: Gurgaon (WFO) Reporting To: Working with senior leadership Position Overview: India’s 1st Debt Relief Platform is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager – Sales (Partnerships) to drive and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs . This is a pivotal role that will work closely with the CFO and Founder, focusing on expanding ecosystem through high-impact collaborations that unlock new client acquisition channels and enhance revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B partnerships , excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for financial innovation. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy & Execution: Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with fintechs aligned with growth and product goals. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for all fintech and banking partners—managing relationship lifecycles from onboarding through ongoing collaboration. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement GTM (go-to-market) strategies in collaboration with partners to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless partner integrations and campaign execution. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends in fintech and financial services to identify emerging partnership opportunities. Contracting & Negotiation: Lead negotiations, define partnership structures, and finalize commercial agreements that are mutually beneficial. Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics of partnership channels and share actionable insights with leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or business development roles within B2B space selling to fintech’s... Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
