Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Head of Human Resources to lead our people function with a balance of strategic foresight and strong on-ground execution. This role requires full ownership of all HR functions from people strategy, policy development, and culture building to operations, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator, ensuring that HR becomes a driving force for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and drive the organizations people strategy aligned with business goals.

- Partner with the leadership team to provide insights, data, and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent needs.

- Lead change management initiatives to support company growth and transformation.

Culture & Employee Experience:
- Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.

- Design initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.

- Act as a custodian of organizational values and communication.

Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent.

- Create learning & development frameworks, succession planning, and capability-building programs.

- Drive performance management processes with a focus on continuous feedback and improvement.

HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth running of HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.

- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.

People Analytics & HR Systems:
- Implement and optimize HR systems for data accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

- Utilize HR metrics to track trends and recommend data-backed improvements.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver high service quality and operational excellence.

- Set clear goals, review performance, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree required; Masters in HR/Business Administration preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of HR strategy, operations, labor law, and HR technology.

- Proven experience in scaling teams, driving cultural initiatives, and managing change.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
