Credit Manager

Opening for Central Credit Lead with deep expertise in MSME underwriting, specifically in Micro LAP (Loan Against Property).

Lead and manage the end-to-end underwriting process for MSME Micro LAP applications at the central level.

Review and approve loan proposals within delegated authority, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financials, banking patterns, business models, and informal income assessment.

Oversee and guide TVR / Video PD decisioning framework and ensure consistency in underwriting quality.

Review and evaluate legal and technical reports of collateral properties and identify risk gaps or documentation deficiencies.

Support development and refinement of credit policies, scorecards, and standard operating procedures.

Work in close coordination with business, legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth credit workflow and TAT adherence.

Provide credit insights, portfolio feedback, and early warning triggers to improve portfolio quality and reduce risk.

Mentor and train junior underwriters to enhance underwriting capability and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹305,786.31 - ₹1,365,750.45 per year
