- Strategic HR Leadership
- • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting growth,

- • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
- Talent Management s Development
- • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech

- • Oversee onboarding, learning C development, succession planning, and career

- • Champion performance management programs that foster continuous feedback and

- Key Requirements:
- • 15-18 years of progressive HR experience.
- • Experience in fast-paced software product or services companies preferred.
- • Strong understanding of technology talent dynamics, end to end HR function, and agile
- team structures.
- • Proven experience in scaling teams, leading high-impact HR initiatives, and influencing
- senior stakeholders.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- • Hands-on, data-driven, and outcome-oriented approach.
- • Must have directly lead Talent Acquisition C HR Business Partnering roles in prior
- engagements
- • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM
- preferred).
