  • About the Role:
  • • We are seeking a strategic, people-centric, and digitally-savvy Assistant Vice
  • President – Human Resources. to lead and scale our HR function.
  • • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance culture,
  • shaping talent strategies, and driving employee engagement across our dynamic, fastgrowing software development environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting growth,
  • innovation, and agility.
  • • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, culture, learning C
  • development and change management initiatives.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
  • Talent Management s Development
  • • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech
  • talent.
  • • Oversee onboarding, learning C development, succession planning, and career
  • progression frameworks.
  • • Champion performance management programs that foster continuous feedback and
  • development.
  • Compensation s Benefits
  • • Drive competitive and equitable compensation structures, benefits programs, and total
  • rewards strategy.
  • • Create C Drive Pay for Performance incentive frameworks
  • • Benchmark industry standards to ensure the organization remains an employer of

  • and tech tools.
  • Organizational Development s Change Management
  • • Lead HR support for structural changes, MCA integrations, and process
  • transformations.
  • • Design organizational development programs to build leadership and technical
  • capability.
  • • Own Employer Branding C Executive Talent strategy
  • Key Requirements:
  • • 15-18 years of progressive HR experience.
  • • Experience in fast-paced software product or services companies preferred.
  • • Strong understanding of technology talent dynamics, end to end HR function, and agile
  • team structures.
  • • Proven experience in scaling teams, leading high-impact HR initiatives, and influencing
  • senior stakeholders.
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • • Hands-on, data-driven, and outcome-oriented approach.
  • • Must have directly lead Talent Acquisition C HR Business Partnering roles in prior
  • engagements
  • • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM
  • preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
