HR Head

As a Plant HR and Administration Manager for a high-throughput manufacturing site, your role will involve leading the end-to-end People, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure complete statutory compliance, stable manpower availability, strong shopfloor engagement, continuous capability building, and efficient management of site services to maintain productivity, cost-effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve 100% compliance with all applicable Labour Laws and the Factories Act. - Implement a robust manpower plan across various functions like production, maintenance, utilities, QA/QC, ETP, and logistics. - Execute an annual training calendar focusing on upskilling, safety, and behavioral outcomes. - Ensure transparent grievance redressal, timely resolutions, and zero industrial unrest. - Optimize administrative operations including canteen, transport, security, and housekeeping functions. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Plant HR and Administration at manufacturing sites. - Experience in managing sites with 300+ workforce and turnover of 300-500 Cr. - Direct exposure to statutory compliance, inspectorate interactions, and contractor workforce governance. - MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations. - LLB or Diploma in Labour Laws preferred. - Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi preferred.
