The Solution Design Head in the HRO Practice is a critical leadership role based in Bangalore that requires a forward-thinking individual to drive the creation of high-value solutions in the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) domain. To be successful in this position, you should have over 15 years of relevant post-MBA experience, with a focus on HRO solutioning. Your background should demonstrate a track record of designing and implementing large-scale HRO solutions for BPO/shared services, along with a strong understanding of digital tools like automation, analytics, self-service, and various platforms. Experience working with HR technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, and Oracle is crucial, as well as the ability to lead client discussions, plan deliveries, and develop commercial models. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, along with an MBA from a Tier-I institution being preferred. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring cross-functional collaboration and an innovative approach to managing change in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing a scalable, enterprise-wide organizational design and workforce planning strategy that supports business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will provide insights and recommendations on workforce analytics, talent gaps, and organizational design best practices. Additionally, you will co-lead the end-to-end implementation of organizational design and workforce planning technology, collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy. You will drive user training, system optimization, and technology adoption across the organization.
