Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources department in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Design and implement training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Human Resources management
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
Strong organizational and leadership skills
