As the HR Leader for the organization in the real estate sector, your role involves: - Leading the HR function across all business units and projects, aligning HR strategies with business goals. - Overseeing Talent Acquisition for project, corporate, sales, and site-level hiring. - Driving Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention initiatives. - Handling statutory compliance, labor laws, and contractor workforce management. - Implementing Learning & Development programs for technical, sales, and managerial staff. - Partnering with leadership for succession planning and workforce planning for projects. - Establishing strong HR policies, procedures, and systems for smooth operations. - Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes effectively. - Driving HR automation and digital HR practices for efficiency. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate companies. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (Onsite & corporate). - Proven experience in leading HR teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
