Proven branch management experience  Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises  Ability to meet sales, student enrolment goals, training and placement goals.  Ability to keep a good relationship at all levels, and keep the Marketing/PR person  Familiarity with education (skill building for job orientation) DGCA, UAV industry’s rules and regulations  Excellent people management skills, results driven and customer focused  Leadership and human resources management skills in Business Administration or related field  Monitoring the Data entry work related to DGCA, RPTO & related schemes, must be uploaded on time.  Motivation & desire to succeed Determination, Enthusiasm, Friendly, relaxed but professional attitude, Ability to work independently, Strong team player, Independent & creative thinker Well organised and structured approach to work, Effective management skills, desire to make a difference in service delivery  This position is responsible for serving as a full time, Drone Ground School/ Centre Operations  Manager and / or Drone as a Service: Project Manager and / or CoE Project Manager (HOD).  You would be expected to perform as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the company’s Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles to include aircraft hardware and software, ground control station hardware and software.  To provide instruction to pilots on the standardization of company UAV ground and flight operations and procedures, flight test and instructional techniques. Responsible for the safe operation of the UAV during all phases of ground operations responsible for supervising and improving output, performance, maintenance and repairs of the Centre’s UAVs.  You will leverage your mechanical and electrical expertise to define and work out how best the projects assigned are to be managed utilising your own knowledge, guidance of Technical Seniors and the support of the Project Interns (Fresh Drone Pilot Engineers).  As per your capability and performance you will be involved in working along-side other other engineers and developers working on different layers of the various technical aspects in the MARUT organisation.
