Drone Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and technically sound individuals to join us as Drone Instructors. Freshers from a science or engineering background are welcome. Selected candidates will undergo specialized drone training provided by the company, followed by a qualifying examination. Upon successfully clearing the exam, they will be officially inducted as Drone Instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and practical drone pilot training sessions as per DGCA guidelines.
• Instruct trainees on drone assembly, maintenance, and safe flying operations.
• Conduct simulation training sessions and live flying exercises.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during training.
• Assist in creating/updating training materials and course content.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E, M.E, or B.Sc (Science/Engineering background only).
• Freshers may apply (training will be provided).
• Strong interest in drones, aviation technology, and UAV applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Selection Process:

• Training Program – Provided by the company.
• Qualifying Examination – Written and practical.
• Final Selection – Based on performance in the exam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
