Company Description Berry Avionics is dedicated to advancing drone technology in India through research, development, and training. We promote STEM education in schools with hands-on drone programs and establish Centers of Excellence in colleges and universities. As a DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), we offer comprehensive training courses for the fast-growing drone industry. We also design drones for industrial applications like oil and gas, construction, and mining. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drone Instructor located in Lucknow. The Drone Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing course materials, providing hands-on drone operation demonstrations, and ensuring all training is compliant with DGCA regulations. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining training equipment, and assisting in curriculum development for new courses. Qualifications Strong knowledge of drone technology and operations Experience in conducting training sessions and creating course materials Understanding of DGCA regulations and compliance Excellent hands-on drone operation and maintenance skills Effective communication and instructional skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field Certified Remote Pilot from a DGCA-certified RPTO is a plus Ability to work on-site in Lucknow Passion for education and technology
