Academic Collaboration with MGCGV: ADUA partners with Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Vishwavidyalaya (MGCGV) to co-create curricula, align outcomes with industry requirements, and deliver classroom + lab instruction on the Chitrakoot campus. Under this collaboration: The University governs academic regulations and awards the degree/diploma/certificate (as applicable). ADUA conducts skill-based labs, simulator/practical training, industry guest sessions, airport/airline exposure visits, and placement mentoring . Joint academic oversight ensures rigorous assessment, attendance, and quality standards. Typical Program Portfolio (illustrative): BBA tracks in Aviation & Hospitality , Airport Management , and Aviation Management (Flying orientation) Diploma/Certificate in Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Operations Drone/Remote Pilot training aligned to DGCA frameworks (subject to regulatory approvals) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cabin Crew Instructor located in Chitrakoot University. The Cabin Crew Instructor will be responsible for training and evaluating flight attendants, developing instructional materials, conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, and ensuring that all training meets regulatory standards. Additionally, the instructor will provide feedback to trainees, create progress reports, and continuously update training programs to reflect current aviation and customer service trends. Qualifications Experience as a Flight Attendant and knowledge in Aviation Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Understanding of Aircraft operations and procedures Excellent instructional and coaching abilities Ability to comply with regulatory standards in aviation training Previous experience in a teaching or training role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
