Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cabin Crew Instructor located in Chitrakoot University. The Cabin Crew Instructor will be responsible for training and evaluating flight attendants, developing instructional materials, conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, and ensuring that all training meets regulatory standards. Additionally, the instructor will provide feedback to trainees, create progress reports, and continuously update training programs to reflect current aviation and customer service trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Flight Attendant and knowledge in Aviation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Aircraft operations and procedures
• Excellent instructional and coaching abilities
• Ability to comply with regulatory standards in aviation training
• Previous experience in a teaching or training role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
