As we expand, we seek a passionate and knowledgeable instructor certified by the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) to join our team and provide top-tier training to aspiring drone pilots.

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions for small drones (sub-25kg) as per DGCA guidelines.
• Develop and deliver course material, including modules on drone safety, operations, and regulations.
• Provide hands-on flight training using state-of-the-art UAVs in a controlled and safe environment.
• Guide students in preparing for DGCA certifications and examinations.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and training hours.
• Stay updated on DGCA regulations and technological advancements in the drone industry.
• Ensure compliance with all DGCA-approved training protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid DGCA Authorization as a Drone Instructor for small/medium drones.
• Proven experience in drone operations and training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA regulations and UAV industry standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
• Passionate about mentoring and inspiring students in the field of drones.
• Preferable to have proficiency in Kannada language.
• [Optional: Certification or experience in Agri drones, mapping, or cinematography is a plus.]
