Job Description

Position: CRM Location: Mumbai Position: Full time Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring a positive and effective customer experience. Government Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the company and various government agencies. Facilitate communication regarding regulatory requirements, policy changes, and compliance issues. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all customer service processes align with government regulations and industry standards. Assist customers in understanding and complying with applicable laws. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and government correspondence. Prepare reports on government communications and compliance status. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints related to government processes, ensuring that issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to customers regarding government policies, permits, and regulations relevant to the organization's products or services. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve government-related issues or queries and provide feedback on customer needs related to regulatory matters. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Experience in dealing with government entities or regulatory bodies, with a demonstrated ability to navigate government processes. Familiarity with government compliance regulations and laws related to [industry/sector]. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to both customers and government representatives. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive or difficult situations with professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills: Government Liaison: Strong understanding of government procedures, communication protocols, and regulatory compliance. Customer Service Excellence: Ability to build rapport, handle complaints, and provide solutions that align with both customer and regulatory expectations.
