Screen resumes and applications. 4. Conduct interviews and assessments. 5. Onboard new employees. Employee Relations: 1. Foster positive employee relationships. 2. Handle grievances and conflicts. 3. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. 4. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys. 5. Ensure compliance with labor laws. Employee Benefits and Compensation: 1. Design and administer benefits programs. 2. Conduct salary surveys. 3. Develop compensation packages. 4. Manage employee leave and time-off. 5. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations. Compliance and Risk Management: 1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 2. Conduct risk assessments. 3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. 4. Monitor compliance with institutional policies. 5. Report compliance issues. Reports and Analytics: 1. Prepare HR metrics and reports. 2. Analyze HR data. 3. Identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Develop predictive models. 5. Present findings to management. Other Responsibilities: 1. Maintain employee records. 2. Ensure data confidentiality. 3.
