Job Description

Attendance & Leave ManagementMaintain and monitor daily attendance records using FactoHR Software/Excel. Ensure timely regularisation of attendance, leaves, and shift updates. Track absences, late marks and update reports accordingly. Coordinate with team leaders and employees for attendance discrepancies. Prepare the monthly attendance MIS for payroll processing. 2. HR Administration Maintain and update employee master data (new joiners, current employees, and exits). Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, relieving, etc.). Maintain personal files, documentation, and compliance records. Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities. Support in employee engagement and communication activities. 3. Recruitment Support, Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and onboarding schedules. 4. Office Administration, Coordinate with vendors, admin staff, and departments for smooth office operations. Maintain inventory of office supplies, ID cards, access cards, and workstations. Handle courier, coordination, and other admin tasks as required. 5. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly/monthly HR & attendance reports. Assist HR Manager/COO with audits, compliance reports, and internal communication. Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues.
