Job Requirements for Acer Laptop Technician: • Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking Knowledge from any Technical institutes • 6 Months of On-Field Experience with Laptops preferred & Windows Installation . • Knowledge on MS Office activation & software installation • Laptop & Desktop diagnose & Troubleshooting . Basic L1 Level Part Replacement • Office Timing: 10 am to Closing 7 pm, • Sunday Holiday • Able to speak good Hindi, local regional language, & Basic English.

1) The Technician should have completed 12th . 2) Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking. 3) Familiarity with MS Software, printer installation, and MS Office activation. 4) Must work on Saturdays and Sundays without fail, and on festivals like Diwali, Eid, and Holi, etc. 5) Week off from Monday to Friday. 6) Must be clean-shaven and well-groomed, as you will represent TATA on the store floor. 7) Should possess a technical and sales attitude (You have to inform the customer about service information), not just technical skills. 8) Must be able to offer laptop demonstrations with features and confidently communicate with clients.

Outline Responsibilities Diagnose and repair laptops across various brands Perform hardware upgrades and replacements (RAM, SSD, display, etc.) Provide software support and OS installations Maintain service records and communicate with customers Collaborate with team leads and report daily activity 2.
