Job Description

1.   Leave and attendance Management. 2.   Recruitment and selection Process, 3.   Call to selected profile candidates and take first round of interview and get it fill pre interview form. 4.   Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for job profile sending mail's. 5.   Joining to exit formalities: sending offer and appointment letter once they have submitted joining documents. 6.   Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates. 7.   Allocation of their desk, seating arrangements, provide company assets like- laptop, desktop, SIM card, Cell phone. 8.   Co-ordinate with IT person if any technical error comes. 9.   Plan Induction program let them give brief idea about the company/management rules and regulation. 10. Create employees JOB profile discussing with Director. 11. Payroll/ salary processing every month between 5th to 7 12. Plan yearly holiday calendar after discussing with Director and staff 13. Letter drafting: Offer, Appointment, Increment, Confirmation, Termination, warning or memo. 14. Birthday, Festival, traditional day celebration. 15. Prepare company manual/handbook as and when required or needed do update it. 16. Get Register thumb access in bio metric system once new employee join us. 17. Allotment of employee code. 18. List of company asset like Laptop, Cell phone list which we have given to the staff and get signed policy. 19. Update the employee list like working employee and left employee along with the date of joining and last date of working 20. Update the contact list and mail address of all the staff along with emergency contact In case of any emergency comes calling to their guardian. 21. Update vendor list and contact details. 22. Solving employees queries and doubts. 23. Coordinate with the insurance advisor for staff who always be there on field 24. Reply on mail when receiving job Verification of ex-employee. Or sometime of new employee job verification. 25. Training for New Joining candidate
