Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Location: 905- Shapath 1 opposite Rajpath Club, Near Gordhan Thal Experience: 0-3 Years Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage key HR functions, administrative tasks, and occasional export documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, salary processing, travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: HR & Recruitment:  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.  Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.  Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment agencies.  Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs. Payroll & Compensation:  Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).  Maintain employee attendance records and leave management.  Address employee salary-related queries and ensure timely salary disbursement.  Expenses of field team audit, TP Approvals of field team.  Handle reporting / attendance softwares Generate MIS related reports Travel & Accommodation Arrangements:  Handle domestic and international ticket bookings for employees and management.  Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related logistics.  Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements. General Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.  Assist in office administration tasks such as vendor management, office supplies procurement, and facility management.  Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Export Documentation (Occasional): Assist in preparing export-related documents like invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.  Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents for smooth shipments.  Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Educational Qualifications: • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification • Experience: 0–3 years
