Job description : - The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the organization’s HR operations and administrative functions. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, attendance & payroll support, office administration, and coordination with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Recruitment & Staffing Assist in sourcing profiles, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings on portals and social media. Onboarding & Induction Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation. Conduct employee orientation and maintain personnel files. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and update HRMS. Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Update HR policies and ensure communication to employees. Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries. Support employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives. Assist in performance review coordination and feedback processes. *Administration* Office Administration Manage office assets, housekeeping, vendor coordination, consumables, and facility maintenance. Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, courier, and general office logistics. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain and update administrative and compliance records. Support audits and inspections when required. Coordination & Support Coordinate between departments to ensure operational efficiency. Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks and correspondence.
