Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Tech cluster, a leading engineering institute.The candidate be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students,and other outbound calls to promote our Institute' programs,build for relationships,and generate leads for admissions. Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain products or services in detail and answer questions. Generate sales leads and convert them into customers. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate (depending on company requirements). Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset. Work Environment Office-based role (day shifts or rotational shifts).
