Job Description

Job Title HR Executive Job Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive and productive work environment. This role will work closely with faculty, staff, and management to ensure effective HR operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. 2. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances, and provide support in resolving conflicts. 3. Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees. 4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, activities, and recognition programs. 6. HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an academic or educational institution. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 4. Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
