Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee evaluations.
Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain attendance, leaves, and holiday records.
Assist in organizing team engagement activities and company events.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
