Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive HR, Admin & Operations Executive who can efficiently handle HR documentation, office administration, and daily operational coordination. The ideal candidate must be organized, good at communication, and capable of managing multiple tasks smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Maintain attendance, leave records & employee database Assist in onboarding, induction & HR document preparation (offer letters, ID cards, forms) Support the payroll team with monthly HR inputs Handle employee engagement & communication activities Skills Required: Graduate in any stream (MBA HR added advantage) Good communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email Strong coordination & multitasking skills Basic HR process knowledge Good operational understanding & reporting skills
