Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on driving growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- SaaS Sales Excellence: Lead and refine the end-to-end SaaS sales process — from lead generation, prospecting, demos, and negotiations to closing — ensuring consistent revenue generation and predictable pipeline management.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including direct sales and inside sales representatives. Establish clear goals, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive accountability and excellence.
- Revenue Growth: Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, and expand the customer base through effective territory management.
- Sales Operations: Oversee forecasting, sales analytics, and pipeline management. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize lead-to-revenue conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value. Act as a brand ambassador in industry forums and events.
- Process Optimization: Establish scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices that enhance productivity, accuracy, and transparency across the sales function.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and cross-departmental teams to provide feedback from the field, influence product development, and refine the company's value proposition.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SaaS sales, direct sales, and inside sales across B2B environments.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage large sales teams with measurable success.
- Exceptional sales management skills with experience in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an executive presence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive alignment and performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Track record of scaling teams and achieving consistent year-over-year growth
