As a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports, TIDA Sports provides comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment. We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Head of Sales to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Head of Sales is to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market share. In this role, you will lead and mentor the sales team, manage client relationships, analyze market trends, and ensure that sales goals align with the company's overall objectives. Key responsibilities of the Head of Sales include developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This involves identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data, and creating sales plans to increase revenue. Additionally, the Head of Sales will set sales targets for the team, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure that goals are met. Managing and motivating the sales team is another crucial aspect of this role. The Head of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching the team, as well as creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. Building and maintaining customer relationships is also essential, as the Head of Sales will need to understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
