If you have a strong background in the drone industry, excel at team leadership, and have a proven track record in government and defense sales, we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.Government & Defense Focus: Drive significant growth in the government and defense sectors, with a deep understanding of procurement processes.Bidding & Tenders: Oversee and manage the entire bidding process for large-scale tenders and contracts, including extensive experience with GEM portals.PAN India Demos: Plan and execute impactful drone demonstrations and industry events nationwide.CRM & Pipeline Management: Optimize sales processes using CRM tools, ensuring efficient pipeline management from lead to close.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. What Were Looking For:5+ years of dedicated experience in the drone industry is essential.Proven success in leading and managing sales teams.Extensive experience with bidding, especially on GEM portals.Mandatory experience in defense sales and government procurement.Demonstrated ability to conduct effective drone demos across PAN India.Proficiency in CRM software.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Location: Initial training in Surat, Gujarat; then based in Delhi.
